Free apps to create good edits?

I wanted to ask if you know of any good free apps that can be used to create edits. I have a laptop (from Lenovo, I also have winrar) and a cell phone (from android or samsung).

So for Android or Samsung AlightMotion is very good.

Most people on Instagram, TikTok, etc. Used VideoStar (but only for iOS or iPhone) and AlightMotion (both for Android and iOS).

There's also a paid version for AlightMotion (Pro Version), but without the Pro Version you can still make very good edits.
