My laptop (Lenovo, Windows 10) has had the following problem for a few days: the screen "freezes" right in the middle while I'm watching a movie or doing something, and then only the taskbar reacts. That means, everything that is on the screen above the taskbar can't be clicked on.
After a few minutes, the taskbar will no longer work either. I've had it four times now (the first time a few days ago) and three times in a row today. I then press the power off button, otherwise I will not be able to shut down the computer and then restart manually.
After that, everything works for the first few minutes, but then that's it and I can't do anything with the laptop again.
Does anyone know why that is? My computer is not overheated, the ventilation is exposed - but my nerves are blank.
I thank you in advance!
Pay attention to overpowering the PC or background programs
Possibly also call Lenovo support or the streaming service
Buy new ones
Alright thanks!
No problem, always a pleasure!
My wife uses a Lenovo for work.
There were bigger problems with yours and several identical PCs from colleagues.
My suggestion is to create a recovery CD and
make a full backup with board resources on an external HDD. Then reset to factory settings. And then importing the backup with data.
Please report.
