Where did you order the part from? From abroad? Then it ends up clearly in customs and you may have to bear customs and other costs (depending on the value of the goods).

The laptop probably comes directly from China and logically goes through the customs upon arrival. The duty rate on laptops is 0%. 19% VAT Are incurred - but they are certainly already included in the purchase price. The customs VAT bill is therefore paid by Lenovo, including all UPS costs
