I try to be brief:
I ordered and paid for a laptop. I returned this after I brought the package to UPS, and a few days later I got the money back from the manufacturer. A few weeks later my doorbell rings. And the same package will be delivered to me again.
On the package I can see that my return label has been torn off and the label is visible underneath. The label with which the package originally came to me.
Can I keep the laptop now? I'm kind of afraid that the manufacturer will locate my laptop. In any case, it's been 5 months now and the package is still with me unopened. What do you recommend to me?
Contact the sender and sort it out and then send the laptop back.
What you do is called embezzlement and it can end badly for you.
Thanks for the answer. Yes I do. I have the package with me unopened to this day. And so far I just didn't have the time / inclination to deal with it. I'll call you now. But if the customer service is too incompetent, I tell them once and then leave it. Had to struggle with them while preparing the return.
