What are these stripes on my laptop display?
A few days ago I noticed the little black stripe, from today the one over it was added for a long time. Where do they come from? They can't be wiped away or something. The laptop is a Lenovo, 5 years old is that because?
Does this problem only occur in the web browser, or always when the screen is on?
If you also have the stripes when Windows has not yet started (e.g. When you open the BIOS) the screen is gone, otherwise try to update the drivers for the graphics card.
I'm not a computer specialist, but it helped me to find the bug (an out-of-date driver).

These could be broken pixels in the TFT matrix, but look for a bug on the part of the GRAKA driver. Choose an earlier driver to try.
If the OS changes its colors at this point and the lines remain dark, the hardware is damaged and a replacement should come. Hope that the manufacturer's guarantee still applies!
