Does the Lenovo Thinkpad L390 notebook have a Thunderbolt 3 port?
Depends on. Which model of the L390? Common are probably only 2x USB3 and 2x USB-C (which does not have to be thunderbolt).

In principle, the L-Thinkpads but the "cheap models".
Which model does not matter, they all have the same connections. And on the website I was already, but did not know whether with "1st USB-C (with power, DisplayPort and data transfer support)" a Thunderbolt 3 port is meant.
No, just USB C 3.0, which is one-quarter the speed of Thunderbolt 3
In this price range: no. The technology is not so far that Thunderbolt 3 is standard in the mid-range. Not even (for the "normal" people) unnecessary 450 euro high end mainboards offer Thunderbolt 3. Only 1x USB Type-C.
This is model-dependent to my knowledge, my P52 is available with more or less connections, my old T430 was with nem additional USB3 (x2) and DP slot or synonymous with 2nd hard drive…
If there's only USB3, I would assume that it is only USB3. We can now speculate here about the type of docking station that is available (or not) and the drivers for the model, but only Lenovo support will tell you in a binding and secure way, right?
