Lenovo Thinkpad L390 Hackintosh?

Is it possible to install on the Lenovo L390 MacOS? I already tried, Bootscreen was there, but MacOS could not be loaded, the installer did not work, and I do not have the drivers for my components in the L390.

Has anyone ever tried to install MacOS on the L390?

Did it work?

Is there a report anywhere on the internet?

Are there any files on the Internet that are adapted for the L390? (Searched over several months again, found nothing.)

Any other tips or recommendations, maybe just important, what my questions do not cover?

Which operating system would be best for the L390? (My favorite is Mojave.)

Many thanks to all in advance, also for the research!

Which operating system would be best for the L390?

Of course, the Windows versions provided by Lenovo for this device.

If you prefer other operating systems, you should use a computer that is prepared for these systems, the L390 is not one of them.

I can only advise you to ask your question on one page for Hackintosh fans. Here you will not get really good instructions, but this page is too general.

The MacOS actually only runs on real Mac machines, that's what it's made for. Apple is doing everything it can to prevent it from running on "non-Mac machines." So you have to install all components or hardware in your PC, which are also available in the Mac. Only for them you get the necessary drivers that MacOS accepts. And to know that, you need to ask Hackintosh experts for advice. You will not find it here.
