WLAN connection aborts after switching on Bluetooth?

I connect my laptop with Bluetooth for my Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones. But with videos it hangs always short, whereby now also the complete WLAN has switched off. When I switched off the Bluetooth connection, everything went smoothly again? What can be the reason that my Bluetooth on my Lenovo laptop brings everything to a standstill. I'm using Windows 10

This is completely normal

Is not it?!

Where does this statement come from?

Absolutely normal

Funny. Why can I talk with my BT Headset while I'm in the WLAN?

Your statement is utter murks.

BT AND WLAN are 2 different adapters.

Nope!

What you can try:

Go into the setting of your router and create a 5 GHz WLAN. This works in another area and thus can't cause conflicts.

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 802.11b and 802.11g use the same 2.4 GHz radio frequencies

Op

Unfortunately in the case normal.

Bluetooth and WLAN work according to situation description in the same frequency range at 2.4 GHz

Therefore, both applications (Bluetooth and WLAN) interfere with each other in this case.

Main reason: Obviously, the respective user devices (in this case the Lenovo laptop) can't disconnect the radio because of insufficient filter quality.

Possible workaround: If the Lenovo laptop and the DSL router are capable of both wireless frequency ranges (2.4 and 5 Ghz), then set the Lenovo laptop to only receive or transmit on the Wi-Fi 5 Ghz range. If necessary. In the case of the WLAN router and laptop, the 5 Ghz area must be activated separately for each user.

The Bluetooth frequency range is not affected by this changeover.

After conversion to WLAN 5 Ghz Lenovo laptop are both applications (Bluetooth with 2.4 Ghz and WLAN with 5 Ghz) in terms of frequency far enough apart, so that then m.E. No mutual disturbances occur anymore.

Final Note: The 5 Ghz frequency range is physically weaker in range than the 2 Ghz range.

If the WLAN router and the laptop are in the same room or close to each other, there are usually no range problems.

The problem is known to me from my own experience or wireless technology practice for years.

Okay then it makes sense if I connect the Bose on the 5Ghz with the laptop, because yes if I use the headphones sitting directly in front of the laptop.

Fl

Does that work on the bluetooth and what do I have to do?

Op

I do not know the Bose box any closer.

In terms of frequency, there's no possibility of changing the frequency with Bluetooth.

So there's only the frequency change for WLAN left… As far as all the hardware components (Bose, Lenovo and router) can.

Again to clarify: Send Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the 2.4 Ghz area AT THE SAME TIME, it is yes according to the question about the "video interruptions" which in turn run over Wi-Fi.

Therefore, the proposed on my part Wi-Fi frequency change to 5 Ghz as far as possible.

So I found the Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter with me in the Device Manager. Can I change over there to 5 Ghz. In addition, I use a Tp-link, or can I change there?

Op

The Qualcomm adapter is not known to me… Just like all other hardware components you use.

For this reason alone, please study the respective operating instructions and check accordingly for the changeover possibilities of the WLAN frequency ranges.

Fl

Oh my, that sounds like work…
