After factory reset the laptop always starts again?

I've recently bought a laptop, because I do not like it, I wanted to give it back, then reset my data by factory default, barely finished, the laptop constantly reboots, first comes the Lenovo sign with the loading bar under it, then black afterwards comes a blue screen for 1 second where stwht "Windows is installed 0% do not turn off their PC" then it jumps for a millisecond to 64% and the laptop restarts again and that is almost in an endless loop. Did I break that one now?
