How can I activate virtualization on my laptop?

I have a Lenovo x220 and I downloaded / installed BlueStracks

But when I want to run the file, a message comes up that I have to switch on the virtualization first or that the function is not available (I checked the task manager, it is available but not activated) I also watched a few videos like that in the BIOS activated but for me the bios is completely different and there's no point similar to virtualization… (attached is a picture of the BIOS if that helps)
