Old laptop charger = fuses out - new sparks and crackles again?

I had to get a new charger for my laptop because the support also takes a long time to answer.
For a lenovo ideapad 330s-15ikb

This one for the laptop: https://www.amazon.de/...07DZ53QTX/

The old one, which was included in the scope of delivery of the laptop and did not become 3 months old, not only gave up the ghost, but also knocked out the fuses.

When I plug the new charger into the socket there are crackles and small sparks. I already had this with the old one, which was included in the scope of delivery and that ended in the fact that there was a larger spark and the fuses were completely blown out of the apartment.

I understand that it is normal for sparks to rain. But since there was no happy ending with the old LAagerät, I ask how this can happen after only 3 months? Is there a different voltage on the socket? Is there such a thing? I really have no nerve that this will break again. Possibly. A Lenovo problem?
What can you do there?

Let your electrician check your socket!

lo

A short flash and a small pop when plugged in are normal. It can happen. Anything beyond that is a sure sign of an error in the installation. Please have it checked by an electrician.

From experience: use a different socket!

Nee. That's not normal.

Have you ever used a different socket?

Sometimes in another apartment?

Le

I always had a Mac, HP printer and iPhone charger on the same socket. There were never any problems with that. No sparks either. Only with the power supplies of this Lenovo device

Le

I also had my Mac and printer permanently connected to the same socket and every now and then I also loaded the iPhone. Never just a crackle or spark or anything. Only with this Lenovo device

And what happens if you put it in a different socket?

Le

Exactly the same

Then it is the calculator… You have a guarantee… So off to the dealer. Incidentally, I would take that with the original power supply… Otherwise, the still claims that happened because of the new power supply.

Le

But not if I can be sure that it is the power supply. I always plug in the socket and only then on the laptop

Well, there's already the first mistake… You always plug the power supply into the device and then the power supply into the socket…

NEVER go into the device with a live plug.

br

Well, that's definitely not normal.

You should also get your warranty for your Lenovo power supply.

That has already been initiated. Supported online from Lenovo. It only takes some time until something comes back.
