I installed Nero to watch a movie… Now I want to uninstall it. I supposedly uninstalled it in "Programs & Features" because it does not show up there anymore, but I still have it on my laptop and it still works. How do I uninstall this without this Nero cleaner (because it has a virus).

The Nero CleanTool has no virus. Is a so-called TrueFalse message. Occasionally may happen.

Then deactivate your virus program for a short time and then use the Nero Cleaner. After successfully uninstalling Nero, activate your AV again.
But I would interpret "True False" as the exact opposite.
The virus scanner claims it contains a virus. In fact, no virus is included. Correspondingly, "false true" - wrong estimate that true is true.
The True False you mentioned would be my understanding that the virus scanner claims that there's no virus and in fact no virus is included.
