Game calculator AMD or Intel processor and nvidea or amd graphics card?

I currently have the following notebook Lenovo l340 gaming, Intel 7 of the 9th generation, 8 GB RAM, nvidea GTX 1650, Windows 10.

So far I'm very satisfied with this. But lately it has been relatively slow and often there's also a problem that I can no longer be heard on Discord, do not play properly.

So I'll put it back again. Question about this will come later (question to reset)

Friends now think I should not get a few games working properly (e.g. Modern warfare does not come on the German servers) or buy a stand computer. Then the problem would be solved. I don't believe it but OK.

So I looked around for stand computers for games, streaming and video editing.

Now I'm not sure should I take an amd7 or Intel again or will amd5 suffice and should the graphics card be from AMD or from nvidea?

Where's the difference?

And if from nvidea I should take a 2060 (the 2080 seems to be too expensive). Or can it still be a 1650 or should it be an amd and if so from AMD?

Which configurator do you recommend, i.e. Which dealer is cheap and good?

I'm looking forward to your answer.

I always take Intel and Nvidia.

Would take the Graka 2060 as the Rtx series can do ray tracing

If you have a requirement, you are better off with an AMD 3700x than with an INTEL.

When choosing your GPU, you should choose an RTX2070s or an RX5700XT (a matter of taste).

And who in God's name pairs an i7 9Gen with a trolly GTX1650 and 8GB RAM and sells it as a GAMING notebook. Really sad.
