Am I doing something wrong while charging?

I've recently bought a laptop from Lenovo because it was not there anymore, my dad took the exhibit, but somehow the charge does not work out so well I've loaded it for the second time now, but it only ever lasts up to 60 I first thought that he probably just needed longer to recharge and then loaded it all night long, but he's only come back to 60%. Myself doing anything wrong or is he broken?

In Lenovo Energy Manager can change that.
