Experience with refurbished notebooks?

Do you have experience with refurbished notebooks especially from the AfB shop? I'm considering buying a used Lenovo ThinkPad because I personally think that it is more durable. I actually only need it to work for Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint etc.)

For example, what do you think of this:

The Lenovo T-series is very good, but I find this a little too expensive. Use a Panasonic Toughbook, which is a bit older, has about the same features (except for the CPU) and only cost 300 euro. And the new price was definitely higher than that of this Lenovo ^^

But if the devices are well tested and the necessary repairs are made clean, there's nothing to be said against a refurbished device.

I can only recommend it if you get a reasonably modern one (with 8GB RAM and SSD).

somewhat expensive and only a 768p screen

Makes a good impression. I bought a refurbished thinkpad on ebay and am very satisfied with it.

Yes, I have experience with refurbished notebooks, especially from Lenovo, Panasonic, and Dell.

This is the first time I have heard of AfB - Shop.

For office and some internet you can buy a completely new laptop for the price that AfB demands, with a clear conscience.

For less, I got a better, bigger, and stronger Lenovo ThinPad W540.

I bought a refurbished X230 with 8 GB RAM, SSD and Win10 Pro for 200 euro and I'm very satisfied. Instead of ordering it online, I picked it up on site because I was able to assess the optical condition directly. It was a different shop.

And which?

Which shop? VB computers.
