I want to order a refurbished laptop and the original model has a webcam and a DVD drive but apparently not with refurbished. Can somebody help me?
Yes, the seller can help you.
It doesn't matter whether it's refurbished or not. It only means: It is a device that vmtl. Times was used and the manufacturer / seller put it in a new condition. You can find out everything about the equipment from the dealer.
The EliteBooks from this series were very freely configurable. The device was available both with and without a webcam.
But it was at the info from the seller that there's no drive and no webcam.
Yes, then you have your answer.
But then i asked the seller if there was a dvd drive and a webcam and he said yes. So I'm really unsure.
Then ask him why it says there would be neither? How should we help now? The devices could be freely configured. There were some with a webcam and DVD drive and some without.
Just have pictures of the device you want to purchase sent to you. But should actually be part of the offer anyway, so the pictures.
