I bought a Lenovo laptop from Saturn not even 2 months ago for over 500 euro. Yesterday it was just while I learned to crash without warning. When you turn it back on again, "Default Boot device missing or Boot failed." "Boot Manager to choose a new boot device or boot recovery media."
I do not know what to do. Am in the BIOS and have not found anything wrong. With settings of laptops, I know little or not at all and did not want to play around unnecessarily and make everything worse.
But I find it somehow an impudence that it crashes after not even 2 months and does not concern anymore. This was never the case with my previous laptops and I used them for many years until they gave up on the ghost.
The laptop has a warranty of 2 years.
Can I just go, drop it and fix it? Do I have to pay something for it?
In any case, go to Saturn do not try it yourself, otherwise the warranty can be omitted. Just leave there, completely free!
Okay thanks!
You still have warranty. You do not have to pay for a repair. Depending on what is, the device may not be repaired, but exchanged and you get a new one. But do not mess around with it yourself! Otherwise you could lose the guarantee.
You're welcome.
Okay thank you!
