It fits, yes. Ironically, 90 people per week are asking this question. Why does everyone just want laptops for something like that?
This is a very OLD notebook and VERY expensive!
The CPU is an old DualCore!
Would be just enough for SIMS 4 including mods and CC.
A notebook which is considerably better costs around 350-450 euro. And SIMS 4 also runs much better on it.

If you only play "small" games, a laptop is enough. If the rest of the time is just office work and such small things, it can be very pleasant. I take the box from the table → backpack / bag and everything is cleared away. Takes up less space than a PC.
A laptop annoys me. I prefer a Mini ITX system with a Unifying receiver.
