FarCry Primal on 2 Pc's with the same score?

I've been playing FarCry Primal for quite a while now and now I want to keep playing on my laptop as I'm not actively on PC. I'm logged in with my Uplay acc.

My question now is whether I can continue playing at the point on the laptop where I stopped at the PC.

When your score is saved in the Uplay cloud.

How can I check this?

If you have selected the Cloud as storage location on the PC then yes
