So I have a mp3 player. With my dad I can easily connect the laptop with the charging cable and the folder opens and I can pull the files. Now I've tried it on my pc but it opens neither a folder nor comes with a notification, a plug was plugged '' I could click. Everything the mp3player does is load. How do I get it that the order for the files opens?
Keep the Mp3 player turned on during this time.
Have tried it with mp3player on and off, unfortunately, both brings nothing.

Okay then go on your PC times in the Explorer folder, then on this PC. If there still is not your Mp3 player should you look at your PC, maybe he has the problem
The only thing that is displayed there are my two connected hard drives, which are the back of the pc connected the mp3player but I connected somewhere in front. Vlt it could be because I've just put it in the wrong slot
