Arrange / scale 2 monitors with different resolutions correctly (synchronize mouse movement)?

I got a new laptop with a 4K display today.

At home I would like to connect a second monitor, but unfortunately the scaling doesn't work out yet.

I would like to be able to move the mouse back and forth between the two screens in half sync. I think the video explains it best.

Display 1 is the laptop, display 2 the external monitor.

I would be really happy for your help.

It's not just that the two screens are different sizes, they also have different resolutions.

You will probably have to come to terms with the "problem" if you want to continue using 4K on your mini laptop display.
