I know the problem from my old cell phone, I have it now and also on my laptop:
For example, I previously deleted 2 downloaded playlists in the TED app (approx. 10 videos each 15 min) that is definitely at 1GB and now I still have 120 MB on my phone.
On the laptop I emptied the wastebasket earlier ("that will free up 1.6 GB of memory") and now there are 35MB on the laptop
Restart cell phone or LT. Then check again.

Unfortunately, it doesn't really work either. I want to update my cell phone and according to Updater 36MB of free memory is still missing. In the meantime, I have not only freed 400MB (which is at least displayed in my own files), but also restarted it. Still 36MB free?
