MS-Office cheap (used) for 10 euro, experience?

I would like to install a version of MS Office on my new laptop. After a short search, I came across the following offer:

Below, there's evidence in the item description that the sale of used software in the EU is permitted. Probably means that I buy a used product here.

Does this version have disadvantages compared to the normal, newly purchased version of the same package, or am I even tapping into a cost trap with this purchase? Similar products for similar prices can also be found on other sites. Ask for clarification, what's up with these offers.

Everything is alright with the offer. Of course, manufacturers do not like that, but reselling software is readily available in the EU.
