A few days ago I swapped the Hdd for an old Toshiba Satellite laptop for a ssd (Samsung 850 Evo). Now I have the problem, however, that this only produces a coil whir in idle, but no noise at all under load (eg CrystaldiskMark or program installation). I do not know what to do anymore, according to the internet only the 850 Pro had a problem with reel picking. In addition, I find hardly any posts in forums, where a spool of a ssd in Idle is mentioned.
Is there anything else possible to fix the coils?
Ev. Mount with rubber buffers so that the vibrations do not transfer.
There are no vibrations, it's just the coil whistling
Sound waves are always vibrations. Whether my tip helps, I do not know.
