How can I remove / remove the write protection on my memory card in my smartphone?

Would like to delete files from the memory card, unfortunately not. I try to delete the on the phone, but always come back. Connected to the laptop and trying to delete there's not synonymous, it is read-only on it.

Unprotect write protection. On the PC right-click under "Properties" and "Security"

Unfortunately, I do not know about my mobile.
