Which of the three offers is the best for graphic design? Work with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
unfortunately understand little of the hardware in a Macbook.

An i9 processor has more cores than an i7 processor. The 2 other products are somehow the same, but cost differently?

In general, it can be said that it would be much cheaper to buy the same hardware than a Windows PC instead of a MacBook. But there are divided opinions about whether it is worth it.

The other two differ in the graphics card. Do not know what is more suitable for me.

one has a dedicated graphics card "yes" for the other "no" but with dedicated graphics memory they both have gigabites inside

I have to agree with the previous speaker in any case that a Windows PC is at least equivalent to a Mac in terms of graphic applications. In any case, I work almost exclusively with a Windows PC

But I want to work with a Macbook

Okay, so I'm not the expert either, but I've read a little more now. There are dedicated and integrated graphics cards for notebooks. An integrated one just sits firmly on the mainboard.

For Photoshop etc. You usually need less graphics card performance, but more RAM and CPU, but it would make more sense to have a "correct" graphics card instead of just an integrated one. (Although the laptop from the 3rd link has 8 GB of graphics memory and the other two only 4, I don't quite understand that).

I would still definitely recommend a Windows laptop if you don't want to spend money unnecessarily. If it has to be Apple, you will unfortunately have to take money in hand, I fear.
