Which notebook offers more performance?

I need a 2 in 1 convertible notebook and I picked 2 out. Now I would like to know which of the two has more power. I realize that they are actually not there for games, but which of them would offer more? Thank you

An ultra-light 2in1 convertible is not optimized for performance. With a real laptop, you get more performance for the same money. With a desktop PC even more.
