Macbook or windows?

I wanted to get a laptop or pc soon

i would like to get a macbook, something like that from late 2011 with the i5 or i7 but don't know if it suits me

i would like to play things like sims 2 and 4 and maybe stardew valley, would the macbook or a windows model be better?

I wanted to buy something used so please don't do something like "buy the new from-" that just doesn't work, I don't want to buy anything completely new, rather buy things in the 300-350 range.

If the price is important to you and you want to gamble on it, I recommend buying a laptop with Windows.

More so very small games really just listed, would you have pc recommendations?

You can buy a Chromebook in the range of 300-350 euro. You can also play these games or use a used Windows Pc. A friend of mine did that and could play any game he wanted. But no MacBook… They are overrated

As a convinced Mac user, I advise you to buy a cheap, new Windows device for your application. Every laptop offered with Windows 10 should meet these requirements. I would definitely use a 15 "display, everything else is too small for that.

I agree with the other answers that you should use Windows for gaming.

However, for 300 euro I would definitely recommend a used laptop.

A PC especially needed would of course have significantly better performance, but of course you would have to buy a screen and keyboard

Hmm I suppose you'd rather want a laptop. So no self-construction. Then I would recommend a laptop from Lenovo or HP. There are very good models for the price.

The new MacBooks are really good. The price that Apple puts forward is way too high. For the latest MacBook Pro, prices start at 1499 euro with a 13 inch screen. In addition, this is the first chip that Apple makes itself (apart from for iPhones and iPads). If you buy a Windows laptop for the same price, you even get a graphics card with MaxQ (RTX 2070) and an i7 10th Gen, which is much better than the M1 chip from Apple

No problem. When choosing, I would just make sure that not all laptops are good for gaming just because they have "gaming" in their name. So I would look at reviews of the devices.
