I want to buy a new one because my old one has broken.
I want one on which you can watch series and anime so no MacBook since they are not so likely to look anime illegal. Would be cool if you can also download one or two games and play. I would also like to edit videos on the laptop.
What would you recommend?

What is that again for a rumor that you can look under MacOS bad streams? This works just as well or badly as under Windows or Linux.
But since there are no specifications except anime, my recommendation is a Thinkpad E495. It has a sturdy housing, the CPU is fast enough anyway and the integrated graphics unit is even suitable for a little game.
Basically, I recommend nobody to buy a notebook when it comes to playing. The notebooks are much more sensitive than PCs. When a Notebok overheats, you can almost do nothing yourself. It looks different on a PC. Notebooks like to dust. And with today's notebooks you will get almost nothing repaired yourself.
But:
I would have found something there. Acer Ultra i5 notebook with a SSD 240GB and a HDD 1TB and 8GB memory, and NVidia MX130 and windows 10 for about 700 euro.
On the 1TB disk all data are stored, the 240GB SSD should only be set up for the operating system and programs.
Lenovo! Is a good brand and also cheap. I've had my Lenovo for 6 years now, it's still working flawlessly.
