Halll I have a hard drive from Western Digital they had no problems so far but today I have connected them and it came with windows the sound when what is connected but it was in the explorer nothing angezigt then I reconnected it went again I did not try it Another Windows laptop and a Macbook on both, it was synonymous not go out there I googled there were things with the device Mangager, Bios things, hard disk utility and more but then I did not ask a Kolegegn of the said apart and build after dust and so i try to make it up but i can't get it on because it has a Mettal and Bottom plastic casing i need the data urgently!

Age… Never screw on a hard disk! No dust comes in, and if that's the case, the data will certainly be gone. Only professionals in a clean room can do that. And that is only done if there are problems with the mechanics.
First download the program CrystalDiskInfo, connect the hard drive normally and look what the program says.
The dust only comes in through the opening… And in the hard disk housing, the dust of the installed hard disk can't harm.
Since the plate is likely to be broken. Are unnatural sounds heard? A scratching, clicking or "beeping"?
If the data is very important, you can contact a data recovery company. But costs are very different, look around your area.
Do not screw up any hard disk, you'll do more damage than anything else!
Are you sure that you have connected the hard drive correctly?
Otherwise, download CrystalDiskInfo, and see if the hard disk is detected there.
