I noticed that my laptop fan is currently clattering around and doing an abnormal RPM. I don't want to tweak the laptop because I don't want to break anything. Do you have any ideas why this rattling noise is there? It has changed from one day to the next.
A fan is a wearing part, which can break.
Probably this is a brushed fan, then you would have to change the fan, or the plastic around the cooler has melted and the cooler rattles on the plastic, or your PC uses a lot of CPU (look in the Task Manager), then there are high RPM… Apps need more and more CPU. The first problem I had in my old PC (not läptop) or the fan is worn out…
PS: Well translated
Yes probably had to unscrew it, take off the back wall, then you can see where it sits and replace it, it only has n few small screws to fix and n small plug to connect, price is manageable, don't know what I paid, think around 10-15 euro.
Over time, dirt and stuff settles in, which also compresses and accumulates on the wings to form a solid mass. If it is through and gets loud, I would take it out and throw it away, then new pure and good 😊 LG
CPU Core 1 & 2 are on average at 60 degrees, so I wonder why it sometimes gets so fast.
Have an Acer Aspire E1-57. Unfortunately he has no service. Then think that I have to solve the keyboard and mainboard.
Ah well, i think youtube has tips on how to open it
