I wanted to delete and reinstall Steam earlier because it did not reopen after my laptop crashed.
Said done, but I apparently did not uninstall it, because I get this message when reinstalling (see picture).
I've already uninstalled it in the control panel, restarting the laptop brings nothing synonymous, Steam starts after the restart somehow automatically any update or something.
Can you help me?
Close Steam in Task Manager.
Apparently Steam is not uninstalled and meanwhile runs. Look at the bottom right (at the clock) if you can see the SteamIcon. If yes, then right click and choose exit. Now you should be able to uninstall it.
If you do not find the icon there then you have to open the Taskmanager and finish it there.
