Recover deleted Word file? Urgent?

Hello everybody ^^ '

I suppose I accidentally deleted my table of contents (Word document) when I cleaned up my LapTop. It was saved, then I probably deleted it and deleted the trash, which of course was totally stupid. I can't find it anywhere else, nor can I open it through Word and have not found it myself with a recovery program (which has really recovered every deleted file). Can someone help me? How can I get this Word file back? It is really urgent, so I would be happy about any solution.
