I would like to share "FaceTimen" with a colleague on the laptop and at the same time share a screen on which we Both see a yt video. Have tried it at Zoom, but the other doesn't get any sound…
Haven't you both got a screen capable?
To 2. Working on a screen, I imagine very laborious, especially since there's only one mouse and keyboard.
I can only recommend that everyone has their own device.
No problem.
For something like that, it is best to use various pages where the videos are played, for example watch2gether and continue chatting in the background about the language program of your choice.
This probably means long-distance transmission. Because if they were sitting next to each other, then they could listen loudly and would not need a face time.
Jo so on Skype and Discord you can easily share your screen. Then stop has no sound for the other. Maybe you can say the video or something.

The thing is we always want to learn from home. It works with zoom, but when we want to watch tutorial videos on YouTube one of them doesn't hear a sound, so it's no problem to end the screen sharing again?
That's exactly the problem. And having a say is pretty tedious with a 10 minute video.
