I have a relatively old laptop with an AMD Ryzen 8800 Series GPU and i7 processor. In Minecraft, however, the GPU of the processor is always used, which is why I have to play with low settings. The laptop still has the old Catalyst Control Center where the problem could be fixed, but there's no Minecraft.exe file.
Is there a way that the laptop is using the "large" graphics card.
(Deactivating the Intel GPU does not work, as the game can then no longer be started)

Which processor is KONKRET in your laptop? Which i7?
The file is usually not called Minecraft.exe but either launcher.exe or something with java
The GPU is called AMD Radeon HD 8800M Series. I made a mistake on the question. Intel Core i7-3635QM 2.40GHz (8 cores) if that tells you something.
