Yes, is not a good thing.
I don't know which PC you have, but the image could burn in so that you only see this farm on the screen.
It's really not worth it.
With my laptop, the charge switches off at 100% (or when nothing goes in). I've tried it many times. Then the loading light, which is on mine, goes out. The screen can be set to sleep, which goes from udn mti typing space bar to 1x on / off switch again. Usually shouldn't be a problem
And the device could overheat in the long run without cooling

Mine throws the fan at something like this in between. If you sleep next to it you could wake up from it.
