I started the medion notebook for the first time, was then in the BIOS and didn't come out no matter what I did. I also created two passwords for the user and administrator. I then reset after countless times and now they ask for a password but neither of them works.
Well some password has to go, try if you turn the capitalization? Maybe you accidentally got the Capslock Tadte? Or leave it blank and just press enter?
What model is it exactly?
Everything is not possible. Is there a BIOS battery that you can take out? Medion notebook akoya
The notebook doesn't even go out no matter what I do. He always comes on and wants the password

There should be a more precise model name with numbers etc
the notebook doesn't even matter what ivh do. He always comes on and wants the password
And if you hold down the on / off switch for a long time?
E4253 I've got it now. But when I turn it on he wants a password again
Hold down the power button.
Em… A little cringe but why do you enter passwords and then enter them like logic
Hmm okay, have you found a way by now?
Otherwise, see if there's a maintenance hatch on the floor or the floor can be easily unscrewed.
Most likely there's a CR2032 battery somewhere. Simply remove them from the shutdown state for a two minutes or put them back in again.
This should reset the BIOS.
Otherwise I would unfortunately not know any way, would then contact Medion Support in your place and ask how to reset the BIOS or password
