Hi, my laptop is slowly giving up and wanted to look for new ones, since laptops are practical for me with school etc.
But because I also like to do graphical things in my free time and something that is more complicated for me on the laptop, I thought that I might be able to buy a tablet with a keyboard. Then you think of Apple, but I think they're quite expensive and you have to pay for the keyboard too.
My question now is which tablets are good and not that expensive and are also compatible with a keyboard.
Or does a laptop make more sense?
A keyboard and / or mouse can also be connected to tablets.
Most tablets only have 1 USB.
The solution: USB tripler.
How about a convertible? But are often a bit more expensive (especially because of Corona, are also often sold out). I got the HP Pavilion x360 for school myself a few weeks ago (around 600 euro). An alternative would be the Lenovo IdeaPad C340.
My experience, rather buy a laptop than a tablet with a keyboard…
I use a 10 inch tablet and this

So everything is well protected, enough for writing and reading and is ready for use very quickly.
There are also pockets with a keyboard for larger tablets, easy online search.
Before you buy a device, you should check which operating systems are suitable. Your laptop is likely running Windows.
IPadOS (iOS) runs on an iPad. Windows or Android can run on other tablets. On which operating systems do your desired programs run?
A normal Bluetooth keyboard runs with every tablet. You can also connect keyboards via USB. These keyboards are mostly not made for a special tablet. So they do not serve as a cover and have a different size.
