Beep when recording with FL Studio?

Every time I start recording, there will be a short delay at the beginning with a high beep, which you will hear in the recording. When mixing, when I select a plug-in, there's also a small lag and a high beep, as if something was not playing together or the laptop did not have enough power, which can't be.

To setup:

Have a Røde NT1-A microphone with a Steinberg UR22 MTK interface. Laptop has AMD Reyzen 5 (4 cores à 2.0-3.8 GHz) 256 SSD, 1 TB and 16 GB RAM. Really have no plan what it is.
