My recording is noisy?

I own the HyperX Cloud Alpha (headset) and Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus (motherboard)

At that time I was recording clips on my laptop with Nvidia Shadowplay and there was no noise. But since I've got a PC and have been recording with Medal.tv, the recording has been noisy.

But what I don't understand is that my friends on Discord and TS think that there's no noise in the call at all. The recording program (Medal.tv) will probably not be because other people who record with it have no noise.

Can someone give me a few tips how I can fix my noise without additional programs like VoiceMeeter etc?

Discord has ne noise suppression turn it off then you will see you rustle in the discord too!
