GTA V shows all the time Social Club gets initialized and does not start?

I downloaded GTA V again a few days ago because I restored my laptop. Now I have tried to start GTA. At first it seems as if everything works. But then the whole time "Social Club is initialized" in the Loading Screen of GTA V is displayed and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this error?
