I wanted to reinstall my old notebook Windows 7, I used for as Key of my laptop was unfortunately but I was told by Windows that I quote, the entered product key obviously belongs to software that was pre-installed by the device manufacturer "where can I get now a new key?
As already written simply on the Internet, look for resellers.
However, the key should actually work, you can also turn to the Microsoft support.
But:
Keep in mind that support for Windows 7 will end in January. That means no more security updates. You should definitely use the device only offline, a virus scanner does not help!
Therefore I would advise you, if the notebook is not too old to install Windows 10. The upgrade from 7 to 10 is even free of charge.

An enterprise key is worthless. This can only be activated via a company-internal activation server and remain.

If so, contact Microsoft Support (maybe several times if there's not a solution right away…)
But I would suggest you go up to Windows 10, since Windows 7 expires in January and then is nothing more than a security risk…
If the notebook is too old Linux would be a suggestion
Mine has only a maximum of 2GB and Windows 10 need 2GB thus it would not be good and Linix I do not want synonymous.
Why not Linux, was even Linux users for years because Windows 10 has destroyed itself (overwriting own boot sector…) … With Linux Mint you do not do anything wrong, Windows is very very similar, if you want to play games use Wine and Steams Proton, then it runs
