I have a huge problem, so I ordered a laptop on otto three days ago. After two hours I canceled the laptop and actually everything was fine after some time I ordered another laptop and it stayed the money was debited and basta. The next day I saw on my paypal account that the money for the first laptop was withdrawn from me and then credited back. Unfortunately, the money is no longer in my account and now I have paid around 3000 euro for 1 laptop what can I do
