Laptop overclocking?

Is there a program with which you can overclock a lot? At msi afterburner e.g. The maximum was 1070 MHz. But would like to overclock more. I realize that the laptop can go from something like that, but I want to do it anyway. LG Louis

This is not possible with normal notebooks.

What kind of laptop is it? Most of them don't.
