I want to plug my mic into a laptop to record something etc.
I powered the micro via PowerBank and connected it with a jack or Aux Ka what that is to a laptop. If I want to select the sound input device in the settings, there's only the standard microphone.

The power bank may not be sufficient as a power source.
The type of connection is also relevant. Did you plug the microphone into the intended microphone connector or the connector to which you can also connect headphones?
The problem will be the power bank. Connect correctly via USB and maybe look again that you have also used input instead of output.

When I connect the USB to the laptop, a folder with the files of the microscope opens.
There's no battery in the microphone - so in my opinion electricity is required.

Yes, then the device will likely need the port for data, not just power. Ergo you have to operate it via USB.

If this is your microphone, it has a built-in battery and can be operated directly via USB as a microphone for the PC. Look at p. 30 below of the instructions
