My problem is when I do a speed test it says 50 M / bits and 11 upload speed. But when I want to download a game, only 5 to 6.5 M / bits are received. I have already bought an ESL-Cat 7 LAN cable and it didn't work. I have a DSL-50. I called customer service and said something depends on the end device. I have it on my laptop tried there was 25 M / bits via WLAN but only up to 6.5 M / bits arrive there.

you have to calculate with the same values, so convert at least one.
WLAN has losses, however. The possible performance is never achieved.
What techpech1984 would like to say: the download speed on your computer or console is probably given in MByte / s, and since 50MBit / s = 6.25MByte / s (divided by 8), that probably fits.

Could it be that you are confusing your bandwidth, which is given in Mbit / s, with download speeds (in Mbytes / s)? In between is a factor of 8, i.e. 50Mbit / s = (50/8) MByte / s, and that works well with the values you mentioned hon.
MB / s, MBit / s, KBit / s don't get mixed up here?

That should fit so 5 to 6.5 corresponds approximately to a 50k line. You probably made a mistake on the units
What is displayed, what you download is not Mbit per second, but Mbyte per second. These are 2 different units.
What the internet providers say is always Mbit / s. With you that's 50 Mbit / s. Converted, 6.25 MB per second. Just calculate speed / 8 and you have the MByte / s number.
In the case of WLAN, it is also important to mention that you do not always get the speed that the router has. There are various factors that have to be taken into account. Feel free to ask these as new questions if you are interested.
