I would like to know which ports that can be converted to PCI-E can be found in a laptop. I connect a PCI-E graphics card directly to a notebook. If anyone else can give any tips on the subject, I would be very happy to inform you.
What you are looking for is called Thunderbolt
This is only possible if you eg. Use the PCI slot from your Wi-Fi card
U.A. Mini PCIe, that was often used for WLAN cards on laptops.
I've read about mPCI on some forums but have not read about Thunderbolt yet. What would be the easier to obtain or more powerful variant?
Thunderbolt is the standard now for such solutions. But i.Mo. Only installed on the latest most expensive laptops.
