I want to buy the Razer Blade.
Now I wonder which and whether 4K + touch display are important for a laptop…
So which Razer Blade 15 should I choose, please write why.
1. RTX 2070 Max-Q / FULL HD 240 Hz i7 9th Gen / 512 GB
= 2,399.99 euro
2. RTX 2070 Max-Q / OLED 4K + Touch Display i7 10th Gen / 512 GB
= 2,599.99 euro
The RTX 2070 Max-Q is not enough for decent 4k, but the 240Hz are also relatively unnecessary.
Thanks, but I'm currently playing some shooters at around 40-60 FPS.
4k with that will surely have over 50 FPS right?
What do you want to do with the laptop? Just gaming or also video editing / photo editing?
Only gaming.
And why are the 240 Hz unnecessary?
The 4k display model can only handle 60Hz and the 2070 is not the best for 4k. It is more worthwhile for video / photo editing. The other one gives you a better gaming experience
But with the 4K version I can also switch to Full HD right?
The difference between 144Hz and 240Hz is hardly visible. And well, 4k just isn't fun with a 2070, maximum WQHD. Then you have to make compromises like screwing graphics down. For 4k m.M.n. Already a 2080 Super or Ti ago.
You can, yes. But not at 240Hz, only 60Hz. And it makes a difference whether you have 240Hz or 60Hz
As if… How do you know? Xd
Depending on the game about 30FPS, have a look.
Miser xD. https://geizhals.de/..._filterbox is the search for 240Hz models that do not include the 4k version.
So i.e. When I switch down to Full HD on the 2 laptop, do I automatically only have 60 Hz?
Exactly. So I would understand that
Lol makes 0 sense
Why shouldn't that make sense? The panel has a certain refresh rate and number of pixels; simulated FullHD means that there are no fewer pixels or a higher refresh rate. The display is the same.
I would buy the RTX 2070 Max-Q / FULL HD 240 Hz i7 9th Gen / 512 GB because I think 4k on a 15 incher isn't worth it. For example, if you play csgo or other shooters, FPS are very important.
What do you not understand A monitor can only display a certain frame rate. This can't be increased if you use a lower resolution. It is built in the factory whether a monitor has 60Hz or 240Hz. The technology installed in a 240Hz is different than in a 4k-60Hz and therefore it does not bring anything down
