Make music?

So music has always been my great passion and I would like to make the whole thing a little more professional and wanted to ask you if you know how to make music professionally.

I have the instruments, a microphone and headphones as well as the right cables to connect a laptop to an electric guitar and piano. However, I lack the specialist knowledge. And whenever I try to dig into the programs (Fruity Loops, Audacity), I'm just more confused afterwards than before.

Do you have any programs that you can recommend to me? Or do you know websites where you can network with other musicians? Perhaps you've even had experience of how to establish contact with producers or labels.

On the Ableton website there are pretty good tutorials (free of charge) that are not only specially tailored to live… Otherwise just take a look at YouTube, there are usually quite good tutorials after a bit of search.
