I have a new iPod Nano and I just wanted to transfer songs from my iTunes library to Apple Music. However, this does not work because the music is not on the laptop. It's downloaded and everything, but from a streaming service, my stepdad says, it's not technically possible to load streamed music onto a device that doesn't have internet access. Is the only legal option then via CDs that I don't own? All my music is on Apple Music, how do I get it on the iPod. Can I somehow trick the system or does someone have an idea how I can get my music on?

len thank you in advance!
I'm not exactly sure, but look in your file folders in Explorer in the subfolder Music… Sometimes the loaded files are stored there in a few other subfolders sorted by artist and you can simply copy them over from there… (at least still with iTunes works, I pulled everything onto a USB…)
Don't have a music folder…
Hmm, then look for an album name or an artist or a song that can be found in the Apple library - do you use Windows and is the Apple program AppleMusic or iTunes?
Unfortunately, Apple Music can't be transferred to an iPod Nano or Shuffle.
You can only sync music that is available as a file on the PC to a Nano…
So bought music, imported CD's…
If the streamed music comes from Apple Music, no problem. Otherwise it won't work.
Usually you plug your device into the PC and then sync the files to it on iTunes. These are then automatically transferred.
If you don't have any files on your PC, you can't synchronize anything.
Unfortunately, you can't transfer the music you download from Apple Music to the iPod, as it can't handle Apple Music itself. You can only copy existing music files from your PC to the Nano using iTunes.
